Is the Enneagram just a set of ideas, or can it become a living guide for inner transformation? This session explores how to move beyond intellectual understanding into direct, personal experience, where the ego becomes more transparent. By engaging the three centers—thinking, feeling, and body—we will work with the inner patterns that limit us and open pathways toward our essential self.
The Enneagram provides the map, while Eugene Gendlin’s Focusing offers the compass. Together, these tools create a practical framework for decision-making, self-awareness, and personal growth. Participants will take part in a simple group exercise to connect with their “felt sense” and observe a live demonstration, experiencing how these practices support greater clarity, confidence, and inner freedom.
The presentation will be in Spanish with live English Translation.
