The New York State Department of Health (DOH) recently issued an RFP for a single statewide Fiscal Intermediary (FI) to provide services under the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). This was a provision in the final state budget for 2024-25. The RFP is due August 2, 2024 and the anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2024.
