Rodeo Celina is coming together because of people like you who are willing to step up, work hard, serve their community, and build something special together. Every volunteer plays an important role in creating an unforgettable rodeo experience for our guests, contestants, sponsors, vendors, and community.

As we move into the final stretch before rodeo weekend, we have several important updates, reminders, and details thatevery volunteer needs to review carefully — from orientation information and volunteer logistics to schedules, procedures, and ways you can continue helping us grow the team.

First and foremost: THANK YOU to every single volunteer who showed up this past weekend and poured your time, muscle, sweat, and hard work into bringing Rodeo Celina to life!

Arena Crew, thank you for helping to install some of the new Powder River chutes and panels and putting in the effort to help our arena start to come together. Thank you as well to the volunteers who tackled carpentry, assembly, hauling, organizing, setup, cleanup, and all-around support wherever it was needed most.

This rodeo is built by people willing to serve their community, work hard together, and step up when it matters — and we are incredibly grateful for each of you. We truly could not do it without you!

If you need assistance during the event and cannot reach one of the contacts above, Guest Services is located at the front gate and can radio a team member for support.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you need to reach Vicky Hogue with volunteer questions prior to the rodeo, please TEXT her! It is much easier for her to respond quickly to texts during work hours, and lets her know it's a rodeo person!

PARKING & ARRIVAL

Volunteers should enter through General Admission Gate 1 and follow event signage and staff directions (yellow arrows) to volunteer parking and the designated volunteer entrance gate. Check-in is located at the Volunteer gate, where you will receive your meal credit and drink tickets.

TICKETS

Each volunteer will receive:

(1) Volunteer Admission ticket
(1) Parking passes

These will be sent separately via email from Afton Tickets.

Tickets may either be printed or added to your Apple Wallet. Each ticket is valid for all three days of the event but may only be scanned once per day.

If you need to leave and return during the event, you must check out with the attendant at the Vendor/Volunteer Gate to receive a re-entry stamp.

Please note:

Parking passes are required for complimentary volunteer parking
Admission tickets are required for entry into the event

TEE SHIRTS

If you'd like to pick up your tee shirt(s), please contact Vicky Hogue. Otherwise, you can pick it up at the Volunteer Orientation on Wednesday 5/27. Arena crew, you will be contacted by Arena Operations Chair, Lexie Jacobson, about shirt distribution.

COWBOY CHURCH

We are happy to announce that there will be a casual Cowboy Church service held by a group of Cowboy Church volunteers on Sunday morning at 10:00am in the Entertainment Plaza. This is open to all Sunday volunteers and rodeo contestants! Come enjoy hearing the Word of God and join in with worship music. Please pray with us that it will be a true blessing to each and every person who attends, and will bring glory to God! (At this time, we cannot open the service to the public due to parking and security restrictions.)

RV SITES & HOTEL

RV sites are only available in advance with prior authorization from your Committee Chair. Rodeo Celina has negotiated a discounted room rate of $120/night plus tax at:
