Fiber Optics Career

Warren County Community College is partnered with a national education provider that has taught fiber optic training courses since 1999.

The CFOT course is sanctioned by the Fiber Optic Association (FOA), the largest professional society of fiber optics in the world. The US Department of Labor recognizes all FOA courses offered by BDI DataLynk.

Overall employment of Fiber Technicians is projected to grow faster than the average of all occupations (6 percent from 2022 to 2032, Occupational Outlook Handbook).
