Dear All Saints' Parents and Families,
Happy Fall Y’all!

Finally the heat has broken and it might finally be fall! We have had a terrific start to our Children's Formation classes...here's an update:

The GROW classes (K-1st and 2nd-3rd grades) are learning about the Heart of a Hero with Joseph as their model. Ask them about "The Big Idea" of the day each Sunday. Next up will be four weeks learning about the Great Escape, Moses, and the Exodus.

The Club 45 class (4th and 5th grades) is still finishing their first rotation called "Beginnings." They have talked about The Fall, Suffering, and The Flood. Ask them about some of their adventures (hints: circle electricity connection, measuring the church and comparing it to the Ark, and more!). They will do a service component every six weeks in which they practice doing their faith. The first service activity will take place at Threads, our children's clothing ministry, during the formation hour on Sunday, October 27 so make sure they are there!
Please volunteer to help with Little Saints' Church and Children’s Church

Little Saints’ Church is led by parents, so we really need to get folks signed up to take a turn to lead. It is a very simple 15-minute service that Shawnne, our Nursery Director, will help you with. It is fun, easy, rewarding and it can’t happen without YOU.
Children’s Church is led by me (Kathy) with Karol leading our music most Sundays, but we often have 30 or more kids and request more adult help. While we are leading the service, parent helpers can assist with crowd control, take folks to the bathroom, and help us get over to the church on time. You will be amazed at the conversations and theology the kids put forth during this service.
Thank you for joining in this important ministry. We often say faith is caught, not taught. Kids see you give of your time to be with them and that is significant. They also get to see that your faith is important to you, and that is great modeling.
