Bob Brinza

Partner, Brindza McIntyre & Seed LLP

Mr. Brindza devotes the majority of his practice to the representation of boards of education in administrative proceedings and litigation before county boards of revision, the Tax Commissioner for the State of Ohio, the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, courts of common pleas, courts of appeal, and the Ohio Supreme Court in real estate tax valuation and exemption matters. Mr. Brindza also has experience in school finance, municipal annexation, real estate development, zoning and administrative appeal matters. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Appellate District, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a 1989 graduate of the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, and he possesses an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio.

Victor Anselmo

Victor Anselmo joined the firm as a partner and serves as the Head of Operations where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operational functions, ensuring seamless client service and strategic growth. Vic has over thirty years of experience in the field of ad valorem property tax litigation and has represented clients in this field at the administrative trial court and appellate levels. In 1990, he became a Magistrate in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations. Victor returned to private practice in 1991 and has successfully litigated cases before all levels of Ohio courts and administrative tribunals, including several jury verdicts of seven figures, and representing taxpayers before the Ohio Supreme Court.

Demarcus Parker

Deputy Appraisal Director, Franklin County Auditor's Office

Demarcus Parker is a highly skilled real estate professional with over a decade of experience in property assessment and valuation. Currently based in Columbus, Ohio, he resides with his wife, children, and grandchild. Demarcus serves as the Deputy Appraisal Director at the Franklin County Auditor’s office, where he oversees all real estate valuations made by both in house appraisal staff and contract appraisers.

Demarcus's expertise includes neighborhood market analysis, valuation data management, real estate market research, and property tax assessment. He is known for his strong communication and interpersonal skills. His background includes supervising and maintaining accurate records to support fair and equitable real estate valuations during the reappraisal cycles.
