13th annual Run for Autism April 13 Mark your calendar for the 13th annual LifeSkills, Inc., Run for Autism. This event will take place at the Bowling Green Ballpark on Saturday, April 13, and will include something for everyone -- a 4 Mile Run at 8 a.m.; a 1 Mile Kid’s Fun Run at 9 a.m.; and a 1 Mile Family Walk at 9:30 a.m. The 4 Mile Run route includes the WKU campus. All proceeds benefit the Suzanne Vitale Clinical Education Complex at WKU.  Learn More Save the date: Homecoming Oct. 19 Save the date: WKU’s 2019 Homecoming is scheduled for Oct. 19. The Hilltoppers will face Charlotte in the annual Homecoming football game at Houchens Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium. Kickoff time has not been set. The 2019 Homecoming theme and other event information will be released later and will be available at alumni.wku.edu/homecoming . Suit-Up Event Sunday evening WKU’s Advising and Career Development Center is partnering with JCPenney to offer the JCPenney Suit-Up Event from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the Greenwood Mall. WKU students, new alumni, faculty, staff and family members who shop in the store will receive an extra 40 percent off of select professional clothing including suits, dresses, sport coats, dress pants, undergarments, shoes, handbags and accessories. April 5 Friday 'Life as a Freelancer' Presentation NYC woodwind instrumentalist Emily Pecoraro will discuss her life as a freelancer, offering advice to students about how to organize and plan for a life as a freelance musician and professional in a presentation at 12:30 p.m. at Music Hall.

April 6 Saturday 'Flora and Fauna' Exhibit Opening Flora and Fauna , a student installation created over the past 18 months in Professor Marilee Salvator's printmaking courses, will open at 9 a.m. at the Kentucky Museum. The exhibit will be on display through June 15. More Info

April 6 Saturday Friends of Jaclyn Soccer Tournament WKU Soccer will host the 7v7 Friends of Jaclyn Foundation Soccer Tournament from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the WKU Soccer Complex. Admission is free but donations will be accepted online or at the event. More Info
