| | Introducing Youth Mayor, Victoria Guzmán | | |
We are pleased to introduce Windsor's newest Youth Major for the first half of 2026, Victoria Guzmán! When asked why the Cali Calmecac 3rd grader wanted to be Youth Mayor, she stated, "I want to be the Youth Mayor of Windsor because I like helping people. I will listen when kids and families have ideas, and I will try to help make Windsor a great place to live."
After a competitive application period, Guzmán rose the top with endorsements from local leaders and a petition with over 75 signatures. Guzmán will have a seat at the dais during Town Council meetings and will be shadowing Mayor Reynoza at ribbon-cutting events.
