Click on the videos below to hear why Tatum Pottenger and her husband give to DCPC and why Peri Beatty and Matthew Zold are so supportive of our youth ministry.

What is depression? Depression can affect anyone, and it doesn't always look the same. Persistent sadness, loss of interest in activities, changes in sleep or energy, and difficulty concentrating can all be signs of depression. A free screening can help you recognize symptoms and decide whether you'd like to learn more or seek support. Click here or us scan the QR code to take the depression test.

A mental health screening is a starting point, not a diagnosis. Your results can give you information about symptoms and may help you decide whether it would be helpful to talk with a health-care professional. Learn more about how Mental Health America's screening tools work and what they can—and cannot—tell you.
