Meet the 2026 Campaign Chairs

Matt and Anne Clouse have called Norman home since 1997, when they arrived as freshmen at the University of Oklahoma, and they've been investing in this community ever since.

The Clouses own Fuson Tag Agency in Norman, and Matt serves as Chief Lending Officer and Norman Market President for Valliance Bank. Together, they're raising their daughters in the community they love, Kenzie (an incoming OU freshman and goalkeeper for the Sooners' women's soccer team) and Marli (heading into her freshman year at Norman North).

Anne's connection to United Way runs deep. Her very first job out of college was as a Resource Development Officer for United Way of Oklahoma City, an experience that launched a 23-year career in professional fundraising and gave her a front-row seat to the impact United Way funding has on local nonprofits.

Matt has spent years serving on the boards of United Way partner agencies and on allocations committees, seeing firsthand where the dollars go and the difference they make.

"United Way serves as a connector, a collaborator, and a catalyst, helping our community work together to improve quality of life in Norman and surrounding cities," Anne says. "But simply put, I love the Norman community, and United Way of Norman makes it a better place to do business and raise a family."

This year, Matt and Anne are focused on growth - more people giving, more people getting involved, and a meaningful increase in overall giving. Their message to anyone on the fence?

"Give an amount that makes you feel good. No matter the size, your dollar and my dollar add up to make a huge impact in the lives of others."
