Changes Coming to WCLA CU Online and Mobile Banking –

What You Need to Know!

Exciting news! WCLA Credit Union is launching a new online banking system in early spring, bringing a more seamless banking experience. Alongside this upgrade, we are also rolling out our mobile banking app, making it easier than ever to manage your finances on the go!

There are a few changes that require your attention.

Action Required: Re-Enroll in Online Banking

Since this is an entirely new platform, all members will need to re-enroll in online banking. The process is simple—just have the following information ready:

  • Your Account Number
  • Your Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Your Date of Birth (Business accounts should refer to the enrollment notification that will be provided in a few weeks)

You’ll also need to create a new username and password that meet security requirements. Your old login credentials may be reused if they meet the new criteria.

Bill Payer Users: Take Note!

If you currently use Bill Pay, you will need to re-enter all your payees and payment schedules in the new system. This information will not transfer automatically. Additionally:

  • Any previously scheduled payments will no longer be processed after the transition.
  • Be prepared to use alternative payment methods if necessary.
  • Have questions about past payments? Contact us for assistance.

New Mobile Banking App – A Game Changer!

We’re thrilled to introduce our first-ever WCLA CU Mobile App, giving you secure access to your accounts right from your smartphone! With the new app, you can:

  • Check balances and transactions
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make loan payments
  • Set up biometric logins (Face ID & Fingerprint)
  • Receive account alerts & more!

The app will be available for Apple and Android devices. More details on downloading and setup will be provided as we approach launch day.

Following our annual meeting from 8:30 to 9:30, we engaged a speaker from Forest Economic Advisors, LLC to speak with you about timber market conditions and important economic topics.

Grab a free raffle ticket on your way into the meeting for a chance to win $100 cash!

We’ll see you then.
