As of 2/14/22 you have had access to an Annkissam product, Paperworkr, a web-based application used to electronically complete and sign Staff Action Plans. Please familiarize yourself with the application, because starting April 1st Springbrook will only accept Staff Action Plans completed in Paperworkr. If you have not signed up for Paperworkr, please do so immediately.
You should have received an email to access the system asking you to verify your email address and choose a password and that’s it, you’re in! If you have not received this email please let us know at selfdirection@springbrookny.org.
We’ve attached a user’s guide, though we hope you share in our experience and find the system to be very clear and straightforward.
