In Just Like You: Anxiety and Depression, ten brave kids, two Emmy award winning journalists, one determined parent, and a clinical psychologist take on the fear and stigma plaguing the mental health community by immersing us in real life stories of people who have an anxiety disorder or depression. This film is done in a way that leaves us empowered and equipped to lift up the lives and voices of those who struggle with these challenging conditions.

The stars in this film are faced with a challenge—they are striving to help us overcome the stigma about anxiety disorders and depression. These challenges can prevent us from being able to relate, support and maintain relationships with others. We are losing too many young people to suicide due to the fatal misunderstandings of anxiety disorders and depression. This powerful film will provide a blueprint for us to support people living with mental health needs and prevent death by suicide. This film will save lives.
