Let’s talk about WILPF during the Before and After Conversations!
You’re also welcome to listen in to the Program Committee meeting in between.
This month and every month of 2021, through November, I invite you to be part of our open conversations and informal connections among WILPF members and national WILPF! Zoom in to talk with me and others on Tuesday, June 1!
As WILPF US President, I offer you, our members, this chance to freely ask questions and take a little time to talk with me and other members. Take advantage of this conversational space, before and (or) after the monthly evening Program Committee!
You’re welcome to join in for the Program Meeting, as well as for the Half-Hours Before and/or After It
WILPF US members may also choose to listen in to the June 1 Program Committee meeting, which starts at 5 pm PT / 8 pm ET and continues until about 7 pm PT / 10 pm ET. The Before/After conversations will each be during the half-hours before and after those times, so starting at 4:30 pm PT / 7:30 pm ET and ending about 7:30 pm PT / 10:30 pm ET.
To listen in to the two-hour Program Committee meeting, stay on following the Before conversation or sign in ahead of the After conversation. Hear more about issue committee work, the August 13-15 and 20-22 (and dates in between!) WILPF Congress, and other WILPF activism. During the Program meeting, only designated representatives from the issue committees and other program areas will be able to speak. So if you have questions about the functioning and activities of our program work, please ask them in the Before time, or keep track of your questions as you listen in – to ask in the After.

Advance Registration Required
To get the Zoom link for the Before/After conversations and the Program Committee meeting emailed to you, you must register (even only moments in advance!) Use this Zoom link to register; when you do, you’ll see the meeting ID on the registration webpage. You’ll have to check the confirmation email that you’ll receive after that to find the password information needed to join the meeting. (Please do not post the ID or password to social media or websites.)
You’re welcome to join in the sessions at any point in the conversations and meeting, but we don’t start until just minutes before the start time shown above.
Let’s Talk/Listen during the Before and/or After Times!
Comment, inquire, talk with other branch and at-large members, as well as the President! I expect to –
- ask for your ideas,
- answer your questions about the many ad hoc committees seeking member participation, and
- invite your commitment.
If you’re ready, you can volunteer –
- to join a national committee,
- to be an issue committee contact for your branch, and/or
- to become an issue committee and/or ad hoc committee member!
I hope you’ll join in on Tuesday, June 1 – or, if not this month, some other month on the first Tuesday.
Register now, and we can meet at 4:30 pm PT / 7:30 pm ET and for about half an hour starting at 7:00 pm PT / 10:00 pm ET, with the Program meeting in the middle.
