Upload Continuing Education

to your Agent File

Please upload your completed CE certificates

to your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline.

To upload CE to your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline:

1-Click the Transactions tab & find your Agent File in your list of Transactions, and click on it.

2-Click the blue Upload Docs button in your Agent File.

3-Upload your CE certs, assigning them to the Sale Permission category.

***Final reminder: Renew your PA license today on the PA PALS site here.

Agent Licenses

in Paperless Pipeline

Your current license is kept in your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline.

PA licenses:

Originals must be kept at the Exton office per PA rules. SRG will upload a copy into your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline for the agent to download & print.

(It takes up to 8 weeks for us to get your license from PA.)

DE, MD, NJ licenses:

Agent to download their license from the state site & then upload it into their Agent File in Paperless Pipeline. (SRG doesn't receive a copy from the state.)

Paperless Pipeline Tip

Assign a Doc to a Transaction

1) Click "Unassigned" from the navigation menu.

2) Locate the doc and click the green "Assign" button on its right.

3) Locate the desired transaction and click the green "Assign To" button next to it.

4) Name the doc and select its Permission Category.

5) Click "Assign Doc" to finish.

Finance Updates

Ambassador Program Statements

Agents in the Ambassador Program are paid quarterly, but receive monthly statements showing all payments for the current year. The statement shows both past and future payments.

Statements are sent from Quickbooks directly to your Agent File in Paperless Pipeline. To view your statement, go to your Agent File, assign the statement if necessary, then click on it to open it. To print it, select "Open Original Doc" & click on the printer icon. Check it out here.

DepositLink Pay button

We have added a way for Buyers to pay their Earnest Money Deposit to Springer via a button on our website. Listing Agents can add verbiage to the MLS explaining our online payment system. The button is on our main SRG website under the Buyers Tab.

Verbiage for the Agent Remarks section of the MLS:

Springer Realty Group accepts Earnest Money Deposits online via DepositLink. Please direct your buyers to the "Pay Escrow Deposit" page of our website for instructions- https://www.springerrealtygroup.com/payescrowdeposit

You Never Know...Order Signs Ahead of Time

I always love hearing when agents land a brand new listing!

In the past month, many SRG agents have needed to place sign orders for their listings and that is why I wanted to take a moment to suggest keeping a few panels and frames on hand.

Chime Tip

Open House Login Form

The Open House form can be used to set up on a mobile phone, tablet, or a device that is connected to the internet, in order to have open house visitors provide their contact information directly on a form that submits it into your CRM. This is the ideal way to capture leads at an open house rather than doing so via a physical pen and paper list.
