Meet Tanya, our Founder

Tanya Dingmann, SHRM-CP, is the heart behind Equine Inspired Soul. As a Licensed Equine Facilitator and Certified Equine Gestaltist™️atop a career of leadership & business development her passion for equines and empowering others have emerged into a soulful & healing private practice out of their beautiful & serene family Ranch nestled in Belgrade, Minnesota.

The gold standard Equine Gestalt Coaching Method®️program by Touched By a Horse®️is a comprehensive multi-level learning program focusing on several core competencies including Gestalt (humanistic psychology), body and energy somatics, co-active coaching, equine knowledge, facilitation and business development.

Through experiential learning with horses, art, outdoor adventures, and hands-on activities, youth develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and lasting confidence.

Individual Equine Gestalt Sessions

Sometimes healing begins with one conversation, one breakthrough, one moment of being truly seen.

Our private sessions with horses create a safe and sacred space for emotional healing, clarity, and transformation.

Because the most important thing a horse can teach us isn't how to ride—it's how to relate, to ourselves, to the unfinished business and traumas of our past, and with others we love. It's simply hard to nourish others without the depth of understanding and love we need with ourselves, first.
