Your cWebinar: Reimagining Cancer Care with AI, Cloud Computing
November 20, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. EST
Continuing Education Credit
Artificial intelligence combined with cloud computing is reshaping healthcare by enabling earlier detection, faster decision-making, and more personalized care delivery. This session presents a reference architecture for building secure and scalable AI cloud platforms that integrate seamlessly with clinical systems through HL7/FHIR standards. We will explore how to embed trust and safety practices, including HIPAA-grade controls, bias monitoring, and explainability frameworks, to ensure adoption in real-world clinical settings. The discussion also introduces a neuro-inspired multi-agent approach for medical visual question answering that improves transparency, explainability, and accuracy in interpreting complex diagnostic queries. Attendees will gain practical insight into designing infrastructure, embedding governance, and applying next-generation AI methods to deliver trustworthy, efficient, and patient-centered healthcare solutions.
Learning Objectives
- Design scalable AI–cloud platforms for healthcare: Map a reference architecture that covers data ingestion, training/serving pipelines, CI/CD, and HL7/FHIR integration with EHR, LIS, and imaging systems to build secure, interoperable, and scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure trust, safety, and adoption in clinical AI: Apply HIPAA-grade controls, bias and drift monitoring, and explainability methods (e.g., SHAP, CAM) to create AI that clinicians trust and patients benefit from, across diverse healthcare settings.
- Highlight neuro-inspired multi-agent AI for healthcare: Present insights from the Agent framework, showing how query rewriting, visual analysis, and structured reporting can improve accuracy, transparency, and explainability in medical visual question answering, helping clinicians across healthcare make better, more reliable decisions.
