Fink Bakery was a name virtually every long-term resident of New York City remembers fondly. Headquartered on 54th Avenue near Newtown Creek, their ubiquitous delivery trucks, embellished with the logo “Fink Means Good Bread,” were seen throughout the city. This story is by Jimmy Fink, a great grandson of the founder Alois. Read more here.
