Guest Policy for Homecoming and Prom:
Homecoming and Prom should provide a safe, sensible, and enjoyable environment for all. Gross Catholic High School has the following guest policy: Gross Catholic students attending homecoming and/or prom may invite one guest of the opposite sex from another school who is that person's date for the evening.
For homecoming, the guest may be a high school freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior, or may have graduated from high school, but may not be older than nineteen (19) on the date of the dance.
Prom is generally for junior and senior students. A freshman or sophomore could attend prom if they were the guest/date of a junior or senior. This is a rare occurrence.
Gross Catholic students will be asked to complete an electronic guest form with information about their guest. The guest form must be submitted by the deadline or the form will not be accepted. No one who has been dismissed from Gross may be a guest at a dance. Gross students may attend both dances without a date if that is their choice. It is not a requirement to have a date to attend either dance.
The electronic guest form will be sent via email to all Gross students. The 2026 homecoming guest form will be sent out on August 21, 2026. The deadline to submit the form is August 28, 2026.
