To all Members of the Texas Federation of Republican Women,

In accordance with the bylaws of the Texas Federation of Republican Women (TFRW) [Article X, Section 1. B.], I, Zenia Warren, President of the Texas Federation of Republican Women, hereby issue the Official Call to the Texas Federation of Republican Women’s 35th Biennial Convention and request that the delegated representatives of the clubs of the TFRW present themselves for the convention on October 23rd-25th, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas.

The agenda will include such business as should properly be conducted by the delegates, including election of officers for the 2026-2027 term, proposed bylaw amendments and resolutions, and any additional business appropriate for consideration.

Our convention will feature an opening night welcome reception, training workshops, exciting speakers, and fabulous networking events including a Candidate Meet-and-Greet, the Awards Luncheon, the Memorial Breakfast, the “Ten Outstanding'' Awards Banquet, and the Installation Luncheon. These events will provide the perfect backdrop for celebrating your achievements and our legacy, “Leading the Way for 70 Years.”

Convention attendees will hear from exciting speakers, network with 800+ Republican women from across Texas, and honor distinguished leadership and service within TFRW. Most importantly, delegates will elect our 2026-2027 TFRW officers. REGISTER today!
