Rebirth Into Flowing Light

Currently, you may feel a deep Soul activation, a call to honor the values and inner truths that live within you. Agitation and intensity can arrive like sudden winds and rising heat, stirring what lies beneath the surface and confronting you without warning. Rather than turning away, meet what arises with awareness and courage. What unsettles you may be carrying you toward a deeper freedom.

Think of a butterfly emerging from its transformation, only to be swept into a storm. Its wings may tremble beneath the rain and wind, but the storm cannot undo what it has become. The instinct to fly is still alive within.

We, too, have been changed by what we have endured. We may have scars, carry losses, and revisit memories of difficult times, yet the soul within us remains bright and alive. Our deepest instincts continue to guide us toward growth, joy, and a fuller expression of who we are.

When you consciously move through the intensity, something beautiful can happen. A profound release becomes possible, a passage from one state of being into another. Like death and rebirth, what no longer belongs falls away, making room for something new. On the other side, ethereal light begins to flow, a sacred, heart-centered radiance aligned with your Soul. Soft, luminous, and expansive, it carries you into greater presence, peace, and bliss. This is the gift within transformation. Not becoming someone else, but becoming more fully who you already are.

As you become aware of the agitation and recognize it as a threshold of transformation, your conscious presence allows you to move through it with greater ease, and the more present you become, the 

more naturally you settle into a sense of expanded spaciousness. From there, connection with yourself, the Earth, and the world around you begins to flow with greater naturalness, peace, and soul alignment.

My sweet client and her family rescued a swallowtail butterfly. I was blessed to connect with his feisty and passionate spirit. I placed him on my healthy old ivy up high for rejuvenation during our session. Poor guy is missing one and a half legs, and half a wing. The acceptance and determination of this wounded butterfly during his prime reflect a powerful message back to us!
