TAGT Leadership+ is a new four-part virtual learning series from the Texas Association for the Gifted & Talented this March-June 2021 that provides G/T leaders with the opportunity to build community and engage in critical conversations to tackle today’s challenges. Each event includes advice from gifted education experts, panels and conversations with practitioners, pre-recorded resources and materials, and, most importantly, the opportunity to work with peers in a cohort-based setting to produce solutions to your challenges.

MAGC members can receive the TAGT member price - $325 before 3/12 by using the promotional code LCMI2.

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be nominated by a current MAGC member (parent, teacher, family friend, etc.). You can also become an MAGC member in order to sponsor someone. Membership is only $25 per year, and you can join online using the Membership Application. Membership status will be verified prior to award announcements. Winners must agree to submit verification that the scholarship money was used as planned, as well as a short review of the summer experience for possible publication in the MAGC newsletter.

The online application will be available from now until the deadline of 11:59 p.m., Monday, March 1, 2021. Applications must be received online by the deadline to be considered for an award. There are no exceptions to this due date. Scholarship recipients will be notified by Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
