Many communities/cities/towns/counties have an array of activities that appeal to their diverse population. Maybe your family wants work to improve their favorite local park. Maybe there's a river walk to help clean debris. Maybe a bird count is your thing... If you can think of an Earth Day activity there is probably one scheduled near by.

If you need a starting place try the official earthday.org web site at Earth Day 2022. There may be a registered activity near you.
