Basic A.I. Virtual Staging - $5 Per Image

We experimented with AI virtual staging last year, but we were disappointed with the results. Now, Zillow has purchased the company we were using and spent a lot of money on increasing their A.I. capabilities. The results are significant and we want to share this low cost virtual staging with you at only $5 per image. This service also provides same day delivery.

The negatives for A.I. virtual staging is furniture placement is not always perfect and you can’t replicate the selected furniture on another photo of the same room. However, this is a great product for lower priced properties.

Co-Piloted Virtual Stage - $35 Per Image

This is an amazing virtual staging package that asks you to be the co-pilot. After all, who knows the property, the neighborhood and potential customers better than you. That is why we want you to directly work with us by hand selecting the three-dimensional furniture.  

We have made this process easy by having professional interior decorators package 3D pieces (furniture, chairs, rugs, painting, etc.) into bundled templates. You can view our catalog by clicking here. The rooms are cataloged as Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Dining/Kitchen, Bedroom, Kids Room, Bathrooms, Offices, Fitness Rooms, Entertainment Rooms, Hallways, and even Outdoors.

The best part of this service is that you can use the same 3D virtual furniture on rooms that may have two or three photos. This is a huge leap over A.I. virtual staging.

Professional Virtual Renovation and Staging - $99 Per Image

We invite you to join us in the 3D model building world of virtual renovation and staging. This service utilizes the latest 3D modeling software by Autodesk which is called 3DS Max. A 3D digital artists literally makes a 3D model for each room. If you want renovation then we can change the walls, the flooring, ceiling and more.  

This is a great service for builders and the agents who work directly with them. The possibilities here are endless. The price per room is $99 with 48 to 72 hour delivery.

A.I. and FAQs

I personally wish that we were big enough to manually staff our telephones on a 24/7 basis, but we aren't quite there just yet. However, we decided to join the A.I. Chatbox world by training our new Chatbot/Chatbox on our website and over 80 handwritten documents.

This service is active on a 24 hour basis. If you cannot find an answer to your question then please let us know. We will immediately create a new training document to address the issue.
