| | Spring Is the Perfect Time for a Pressure Wash | | |
With warmer weather here, now is a great time to walk your property and check on exterior surfaces that may have collected dirt, mold, mildew, or moss over the winter. Under the Sea Pines Community Standards Rules and Regulations, property owners are responsible for keeping surfaces like siding, decks, driveways, and fencing clean and in good repair.
A seasonal pressure wash is a great way to keep your home looking its best. And don't forget your mailbox! Mailboxes and mailbox posts must be properly labeled and maintained in good repair as well.
Thank you for helping keep Sea Pines beautiful!
