Prepare Your Battle Plan!
Tens of thousands are expected to visit the park on April 19, 2025, the 250th Anniversary of the opening battles of the American Revolution. We welcome you to this once-in-a-lifetime event!
Expect large crowds and road closures—visiting will require planning, patience, and good walking shoes.

Plan Ahead for Parking
Much of the park and its lots will be within road closures on April 19th. Check here for info on limited parking, accessibility drop-offs, satellite lots, public transit, and biking options.
Use the Shuttles
Take advantage of the free town parking satellite shuttles to the Concord Museum, then hop on the Intercommunity Shuttle to reach the Minute Man Visitor Center or Hartwell Tavern.
Bring Supplies
There are no food concessions in the park—pack food and water or visit local vendors in Concord and Lexington. Water refill stations are available at park visitor centers and the Meriam House.
