ICTF Launches the Certified Global Credit Professional (CGCP™) Designation - Elevating Global Credit Management Education

The Certified Global Credit Professional (CGCP™) is a completely redesigned, 10-week, facilitator-led online certification program developed jointly by the International Credit and Trade Finance Association (ICTF) and Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.

Replacing the former RGCP™ Essentials and CGCE™ Advanced online courses, the new CGCP™ course integrates foundational knowledge, practical applications, and advanced global credit and trade finance strategies into one comprehensive learning experience.

Designed to address the evolving demands of international business, the program provides an end-to-end understanding of global credit risk management, international trade finance, Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, risk mitigation, working capital optimization, portfolio management, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI).
