I hope you have all had an incredible week and are continuing to have a fruitful and meaningful Lent. This past Sunday, we began our Baking Through The Bible Lent series during SNL. We talked about the people of Israel, their forty-year journey to the Promised Land, and God providing them with manna. We then baked our own "manna" (honey coriander crackers) because in Exodus manna is described as looking like coriander seeds and tasting like honey. While this lesson was interesting and meaningful, the best part of it all was the joy and laughter from being together in community! I hope this Lent brings us more fun, joy, and learning together.
I hope you will join us this Sunday as we continue to bake through The Bible!
See you Sunday!
Peace,
Hope

LENTEN "BAKING THROUGH THE BIBLE"
AT SUNDAY NIGHT LIVE
During the season of Lent, the youth at All Saints will be baking through the Bible and learning how to connect with God through bread. We will end our six week journey with hosting the Agape meal and baking bread for the Maundy Thursday foot washing service on April 14th. We hope all youth in 6th-12th grade will join us as we bake in community and see all the ways that bread is tied to scripture and tradition. | Every Sunday in Lent from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in The Attic. Dinner provided. *Please remember that you will need to pick your child up in The Attic after SNL.
MIDDLE SCHOOL ATTIC INVASION - "ENCANTO" & PIZZA
For this month's Attic Invasion we'll join Popcorn Theology in Ellis Hall to watch the smash-hit Disney film "Encanto." The Rev. We'll eat pizza in the courtyard before heading into Ellis Hall to watch the film in our own viewing section just for middle schoolers. Families are especially welcome to join us on Friday night from 7:00-9:30 p.m.
WIND DOWN WEDNESDAYS
At the church on a Wednesday night? Come eat dinner with Hope and Katie in the courtyard at 5:00 p.m. before heading up to The Attic to hangout, play games, or work on homework.
