Sea Pines CSA Community Update

All other Sea Pines CSA offices will remain open under normal hours of operation.

Commercial Vendor Holiday Access Restriction

Vehicles with commercial decals or commercial passes are not permitted in Sea Pines on the following days: Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

This restriction does not apply to pool companies, housekeeping, and companies deliveries to commercial entities. For emergency access for service providers on these holidays, please contact Sea Pines Security Dispatch at 843.671.7170.

2022 Sea Pines CSA Residential Assessment Reminder

The mailing of the 2022 Assessment invoices were delayed at the financial institution level, with an updated mailing date of Wednesday, December 15, 2021. The due date listed on the invoice is January 10, 2022, however, we will not be assessing late fees and finance charges until February 1, 2022.

Live Christmas Tree Recycling Information

Sea Pines property owners may recycle their live (non-artificial) Christmas trees by dropping them off in the Sea Pines CSA neighborhood debris pickup locations through January 12th.

Please make sure all ornaments, lights, and other decorations are removed from the trees prior to recycling them.

North Sea Pines Drive Infrastructure Improvement Project

Sea Pines CSA's contractors will continue conducting Major Roadway and Infrastructure Reconstruction Improvements along North Sea Pines Drive through January 2022.

Potable Water Line Shutdown Scheduled for the Week of January 3rd

Due to a water line conflict in proximity to new drainage pipe installation, Sea Pines CSA contractors in conjunction with South Island Public Service District will be executing a potable water line shut down the week of January 3rd in proximity to Spotted Sandpiper Road and Whistling Swan Road.
South Island Public Service District does not expect Property Owners to be affected by the water line shutdown.

Alternating single-lane road closures will begin Monday, January 3rd, and will continue through Friday, January 7th

Heavy traffic delays should be expected on North Sea Pines Drive next week as crews will utilize single-lane closures along this roadway to accommodate the work. Traffic control will be in place, obey the speed limit within the construction zone.

Sandhill Crane Road & Catbird Lane Drainage Work

Drainage work in proximity to Sandhill Crane Road and Night Heron Villas is in progress. The leisure trail remains closed.
Drainage installation on Catbird Lane is in progress and will continue through the week of January 3rd.

General Project Reminders

The leisure trail along North Sea Pines Drive from The Sea Pines Beach Club to Lawton Drive is closed to bike and pedestrian traffic. Please refer to the Leisure Trail detour map here for more information.
The Beachwalks located at #39 & #40 are not currently accessible from North Sea Pines Drive due to this project.
Sea Pines CSA will continue to keep the community updated throughout this project through our community emails and our website at www.seapinesliving.com/seapinesdrive.

Sea Pines Trolley Holiday Schedule

The Sea Pines Trolley will run on December 31st from 4:00 PM -1:00 AM. Click here to view the Sea Pines Trolley schedule and map.

Trolley Safety Reminders:

Request to riders: Please be advised, close contact amongst passengers is expected. Passengers ride at their own risk. If you feel sick, have a fever, cough or other symptoms, please stay home and do not ride the trolley. Wash your hands frequently and avoid touching your face.
Personal Protection Equipment is required: All passengers and trolley drivers will be required to wear face coverings when aboard the trolley. Refusal to wear a face covering or acting in an unsafe manner will result in denial of entry or expulsion from this service.

Holiday Safety Reminders

The use of personal fireworks and paper lanterns in Sea Pines is strictly prohibited and enforced. To report any issues with fireworks within the community, please contact Sea Pines Security by phone at 843.671.7170.
Remove the opportunity for theft by securing your vehicles (lock your doors and roll up your windows) and removing personal belongings from plain view when leaving vehicles unattended.

Developed Property Landscaping Maintenance Reminders

Roofs, gutters, driveways, and other hard surfaces shall be cleared of pine straw and other vegetative debris with reasonable frequency so that there is no accumulated buildup.
Fallen leaves are permitted as landscaping ground cover, but shall be maintained to a neat, clean appearance.
Limbs, sticks, fronds, fallen leaves (not used as ground cover of bedded areas) and other such vegetative debris shall be removed from the Property
