Saturday Night 10pm

in the casino

While the show last week, featuring comedian Dovie, was a great success, it created an unintended consequence of some of our own residents not having a seat or enjoying an ice cream. Management is working on solution options.

Meet Our New Safety Coordinator

 Eddie Beylin

We’re excited to welcome resident Eddie Beylin as our new Safety Coordinator. Eddie brings a strong background in community service. He serves as a first responder here in Beaver Lake and as a Board Member and Treasurer for Hatzolah of Mill Basin in Brooklyn. He is deeply committed to public safety and preparedness.

Eddie and his wife, Chana, have four daughters: Libby (6), Goldy (4), and twins Rosy and Sofy (1). We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to a fun and safe summer season!

We are searching for a new Executive Director. Please forward this message to anyone you know who may be interested.

This part-time, year-round leadership role involves oversight of staff, budget, facilities, events, and community relations, with full time presence during summer months and holidays.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and experienced in property or community management. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential.

To Apply: Please submit a resume and cover letter to aorlow1@aol.com.

basking beauty of the still cove

In a still cove where grasses lean and waters gleam,

A painted turtle rests on a sun-warmed log

Shell of olive, limbs brushed in red,

Neck stretched to catch the morning’s gold.

Ancient, quiet, and full of grace,

It claims the day with silent pace.
