The U.S. economy is showing mild growth, with industrial production and business-to-business spending on the rise. A recent rate cut by the Federal Reserve offers short-term relief but is unlikely to drive major capital investment. Key industrial sectors such as manufacturing, capital goods, and nonresidential construction are experiencing modest expansion aided by improving consumer credit and reduced policy uncertainty.
