Hello again!
People (and creatures great and small), who work with focused, persistent effort achieve success. Diligent work habits learned early last a lifetime. It is easy to fall away from focused effort, such as during a pandemic lockdown, a prolonged illness, or when a social group values leisure over work. We can reinvigorate our work ethic, though the process can be daunting. Like getting back into good physical shape, some pain comes with the gain. Just do it. Success is merely one reward for diligent work. Satisfaction, joy, confidence, optimism, and deep serenity await us as well.
This week's image is a yellow tiger swallowtail butterfly, very plentiful in Arizona. This one was huge! It had a wingspan of maybe 6 inches. It drank the nectar from my Mexican bird of paradise flowers for more than half an hour. I wonder if it had grown so big due to such diligence!
Love and blessings to you and the ones you love.
Emmie
