Emergency Rental Assistance Program
The new Emergency Rental Assistance Program 2.3 (ERAP 2.3) approved by the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners is accepting applications now through March 15, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. Assistance is available for up to 12 months to address back rent for those affected by the COVID-19 economic crisis.
Publix Provides Vaccines In Miami-Dade & Broward
Publix opened its online reservation system for COVID-19 vaccination appointments for residents age 65+. All 730 of its Florida stores will be accepting appointments. Online appointments are required. Appointments cannot be made by contacting the store directly. Read the press release.

Virtual Art Gallery is Still Open- There Is Still Time To Buy Art Online!
On January 21, 2021, The Village of Palmetto Bay and ArtSouth presented a Virtual Art Gallery. This month featured "Fragments In Time" by Marcelle Zanetti.

Zanetti has been painting for more than 30 years. She has managed an art gallery in Wynwood as well as owned a gallery and studio in Palmetto Bay. She has lived in several locations in Florida and presently keeps a studio in Miami. She also teaches painting at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables. 

There is still time to purchase her works of art!
