Notice Regarding IH-Sponsored Clubs Registration

On Thursday, September 10, we hosted our annual Clubs & Activities Fair for all students! Now is the time for parents/guardians to officially register their child for any clubs they are interested in joining. A complete list of current clubs will be updated on your child's class of page during the week of 9/14.

Parents/guardians of both middle and high school students must register their student for clubs through FinalForms. Please refer to the parent walkthrough below for step-by-step instructions on how to add your student to a club’s official roster.

Parent/Guardian Instructions for Club Sign-Up

To help ensure accurate club rosters, we ask that parents/guardians confirm with their child that they intend to participate in a club before completing the FinalForms registration.

For a student to be officially considered a member of an IH-sponsored club, a parent/guardian must complete the club registration through FinalForms. Once completed, the student will appear on the club advisor’s official roster, allowing advisors to accurately track membership and attendance.

Please remember that FinalForms registration does not replace a student’s responsibility to stay informed and engaged. Middle and high school students should continue to:

  • Listen to or read daily announcements.
  • Regularly check their Class of Page for club information and updates.
  • Monitor communications from their club advisor and/or student leaders.
  • Attend scheduled club meetings and activities.
  • Reach out to the official club advisor or their school counselor with any questions or concerns.

Please help us spread the word!

As we continue building our BRAVES for life alumni community, we are looking for Indian Hill photos from ALL generations and ALL activities.

Athletics, arts, academics, clubs, Homecoming, graduation, school events, classrooms, friendships, traditions, and everyday moments—we want to help preserve and celebrate the entire Indian Hill story.

Please share this with alumni, former families, staff, coaches, and anyone else who may have photos to contribute.

Every generation. Every activity. Every Brave.

Grief Support Groups Available to our Students

Is your child currently grieving someone? As a parent or guardian, it can be incredibly difficult to watch your child go through the pain of grief. It can be hard to know what to say or do or how you might help your child feel better. Thankfully, Indian Hill Schools partners with Companions on a Journey (COJ), a grief support organization that facilitates grief support groups at school, during the school day!

COJ is committed to journeying with grieving individuals to help them feel less alone and to help them feel like someone understands what they are going through. COJ's grief groups are one time per month, and each group includes an activity and engaging discussion. It is free to participate, and students can join anytime throughout the school year. If you are interested in learning more or would like to sign your student up for a grief support group, please contact the school counselor.

Updated Traffic Flow

To improve safety and provide greater clarity for car riders and students with parking passes, we have updated the traffic patterns and pavement markings in the Indian Hill High School parking lot.

Please Note: The lane closest to the athletic fields is a one-way lane traveling toward the school building.

We appreciate your attention to these changes as we work together to ensure a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal process!
