Welcome to Our New MCI Coordinators!
We’re excited to announce two new members of the Mountain Community Insights Team, Megan Sencabaugh and Devin Browning. Please join us in welcoming Megan as our new Data Coordinator, and Devin as our new Training Coordinator.
Megan began her career in service through AmeriCorps ProjectPOWER, later transitioning into roles with local nonprofits where she addressed critical issues including domestic violence, criminal justice, and educational equity. She has held positions at organizations such as Helpmate, the United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County, and ProgressNow. Over the years, her work has frequently intersected with MANNA, reflecting her deep commitment to community support and collaboration. Megan brings several years of experience in data management and impact-driven strategy. She holds a BS in Sociology from Appalachian State University and a Master of Public Affairs from Western Carolina University.
Devin comes to us from Asheville City Schools, where she has worked as a data manager, an Instructional Assistant, and an AmeriCorps member. She's also worked closely with other food banks, pantries, and food policy councils to expand neighbor access to food. She holds a BA in Political Science from UNCA and a Master of Public Administration from UNC Chapel Hill.
We're thrilled to have Megan and Devin on board! Our team looks forward to supporting you in your MCI journey, and partnering to create a positive experience for our neighbors in WNC.
