About Our Guest
Mikki Baloy has practiced shamanic healing since 2009, studying with shamans, ritual-keepers, and mystics from around the world. She is also a minister of animism and a wedding officiant.
Her holistic approach to healing weaves together ancestral traditions, yoga, and Buddhism with nearly four decades of creative training as a performer, writer, and musician. As Director of a 9/11 foundation in New York City, she helped create and sustain programs that supported many thousands of people, all while navigating her own healing journey from PTSD.
In 2022, Mikki released her book Conversations with Mother Mary: Loving Wisdom from Her Life to Yours, and she is now writing its sequel, Pilgrimage. Her other writings can be found on Patreon and Medium, and in her self-study course, Shamanism 101.
Mikki's ancestors hail from Ireland, Scandinavia, Germany, Hungary, and the Philippine island of Luzon. She stands with BIPOC and LGBTQIA2 communities and is committed to donating her time and resources to decolonization and inclusivity projects.

A Note From our Friends at UUCHV About Get Out the Vote Post Cards
Hello Fellow Unitarian Universalists:
[Thank you to] your congregational members and friends, who helped us send out 4,000 GOTV postcards to young, independent voters in CD-17 communities in Northern Westchester. These are registered voters between the ages of 18 and 45 who have a 'low turnout' history of voting, and we hope that our postcard message encourages them to vote in this election.
Our UUCHV team mailed over 2,000 postcards....
Together, we met our goal of 4,000 postcards, and couldn't have done this without the help of all of our four Westchester UU congregations: UUFNW in Mt. Kisco, FUSW in Hartsdale, 4th UU of Westchester in Mohegan Lake, CUUC in White Plains.
Thank you for your congregational support in this important endeavor to get out the vote and help save our democracy. We have hope that we can help defend our democracy by encouraging everyone to make their voice heard with their vote.
In Fellowship,
Ginny Stillman and Daria Gregg
UUCVH Co-Chairs of UUtheVote
