COMMERCIALIZATION CONNECT
DECEMBER 2018
OTC HOSTS SITE LEADS SUMMIT FOR THE
SOUTHEAST ACCELERATOR HUB
“This Summit was a great first step in organizing and strategizing on how to meet the goals of the grant. It was wonderful for all of us to connect as a group and learn from one another how we can both contribute to the Hub and receive value from it.“

OTC LEADS THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMMONWEALTH COMMERCIALIZATION CENTER

HAVE AN INVENTION?
If you have an invention using UK resources, then you should fill out the Invention Report Form. This form provides OTC with basic information about the invention, allows us to assess patentability and commercial potential, and supports the patent filing decision.

Once you have submitted the Invention Report Form, OTC will begin working with you to commercialize your invention via an industry license, a startup company, or other means.

DID YOU KNOW?

The OTC strongly encourages inventors to submit an Invention Report Form before any public disclosures that may adversely affect the patentability of an invention. However, if you have already disclosed your idea, it is still possible to receive protection.
