DNDC's work highlighted at Southern Virginia Regional Housing Summit!

In addition to regional opportunities for development, this year's Housing summit, offered topics that addressed affordability and the revival of middle neighborhoods. As part of the session on Creating Stronger Projects with Deed Restriction, Jake Neagle, (Virginia Housing) and Joy Wood, (DNDC Board member) shared strategies and tools that can be used to ensure long-term affordability while maintaining housing value and building wealth. DNDC has been using deed restrictions as one of the many tools it deploys to keep homeownership an attainable goal for everyone who seeks it.
