CLIMBING HIGHER
WKU junior Dailyn Tichenor, a Recreation Administration major from Louisville, is featured as one of the Scholars of Kentucky by the Community Foundation of Louisville . "In 10 years, I see myself as a director of a Boys & Girls Club where I can provide mentorship to children, teens, and adults. In 20 years, I see myself as head of a nonprofit organization that assists and supports parents whose children have been taken away by the state. Parents need advocates. They often face difficult situations where they have little to no support. I want to step in and be that voice for them, help them get through their problems, and help them not feel alone."
