Massachusetts in the House...
On Thursday we spotted something more rare than an Egopantis: politicians from opposite sides of the aisle getting along. Democrats Sen. Jamie Eldridge (center) and Rep. Dan Sena, both of Acton, were all smiles over dinner with former Republican State Rep. Sheila Harrington of Groton. The trio were celebrating their success at lifting the commercial development cap at Devens to allow for the continued construction of major projects including Bristol Myers Squibb, Commonwealth Fusion and King Street biomanufacturing, now in the Legislature's Economic Development Bill. Between bites, they toasted to Harrington who is the newly appointed Clerk Magistrate of the Gardner District Court, and did their best to answer a few Trivia Night questions.
The rest of the country take note: In the Commonwealth, this is how we do it!
