"I Support AP" Shirts
Awareness is key in making sure families know we are here to support them. With every shirt purchase, we receive a portion of the sales and also get the benefit of people seeing our name when you wear our shirt.
Upcoming Events
As dementia progresses, caregivers experience role and relationship changes as well. They may take on the responsibilities that their loved one once had, such as, managing finances or preparing meals. Taking on new responsibilities can be overwhelming. This course will address the many relationship changes that can occur while caregiving and tips for how to manage them.
Navigating healthcare resources for yourself or a loved one can be challenging, however, it doesn’t have to be. Join us for a webinar all about resources for persons needing more assistance including persons living with dementia and caregivers. We will cover topics such as where to find caregiver support, how to receive a diagnostic examination for your loved one, home healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, transportation and more!

This webinar will be hosted by Vicky Rose, MSW, CDP from Capital Home health Corp. and Summer Henderson, MSW, CDP from Alzheimer’s Project.
