KML invites the grandparents of our students to come for a visit! Select either Thursday, September 17, or Friday, September 18. Begin the day with coffee and donuts and learn more about KML. Then join your grandchildren for chapel and spend the rest of the day with them, visiting classes and eating lunch together. KML is honored to provide lunch for our grandparents.

Cafeteria Custodian:

KML has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Cafeteria Custodian. 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily during the school year. This position consists of light clean up between lunch periods (wipe tables and microwaves, quick clean of the floor) and a full general clean after the lunch periods (clean and mop floors, wipe tables and chairs, and clean microwaves). Wage is negotiable.

Part-Time Janitor:

KML is seeking a reliable individual to join our janitorial team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning classrooms, bathrooms, and hallways.

Available Shift:

• Schedule Type: Seasonal / during the school year
• Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Bonus Hours: Optional weekend event shifts available for extra income

Key Responsibilities:

• Empty trash, wipe surfaces, and vacuum or mop floors in classrooms.
• Sanitize toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restock supplies in bathrooms.
• Sweep, mop, and ensure walkways are clear of debris.

Qualifications:

• Consistent attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to spot and clean missed areas
• Must pass a standard school background screening
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Annual Clay Shoot

The KML Legacy Foundation is hosting its annual Clay Shoot Event on Saturday, September 12, at the Mayville Gun Club. This event is fun for everyone, whether an expert hunter or simply a novice.

The day includes lunch, breaking clays, gun raffles, a silent auction, and a free beverage.
