Meet ELT in Chicago!

ELT will be onsite at Brownfields 2025! August 5-8 in Chicago. Please let us know if you are attending - we would love to meet you in person and discuss redevelopment stories, best practices, and ELT projects. If you have a distressed property you're looking to sell or develop, we would be happy to learn about that as well.

Email John Kowalik at jkowalik@cdcco.com to set up a meeting.
