School’s out – and we’re getting right to work on Lakeline Boulevard from Continental Pass to Cedar Hills Boulevard
(But if it’s part of your work commute, you might want to choose an alternate route)
With school out for summer, we are starting May 30 on the 2023 Lakeline Boulevard Rehabilitation Project.

It’s along a stretch of Lakeline Boulevard between Continental Pass and Cedar Hills Boulevard – which happens to run in front of C.C. Mason Elementary School – and is in close proximity to Leander High School.

All work is scheduled to be completed during the Leander ISD summer recess, prior to the start of the new school year in August, so by doing this project now, we’re not interfering with school traffic.

If this part of Lakeline Boulevard is, however, part of your morning or afternoon commute, you may want to choose a different route.

Crews will be working Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m., in order to finish by the time school starts in August.
Rain barrel credits program coming soon!
Start shopping for rain barrels! Starting June 1, the City of Cedar Park will start a new Rain Barrel Credits Program for Cedar Park residential water customers. Here are the basics of how it will work:

  • Purchase a rain barrel (or rain barrels) of your choice from any retailer
  • Turn in proof of purchase & installation
  • Get 50 cents-per-gallon-capacity- purchased in credits to your water bill – up to $100 in total water bill credit over lifetime of your account

Full information will be posted on the City website home page when this program starts June 1, so get ready!
