Multiple Closures Ahead on I-90 and SH-41 Starting Next Week (April 6)

Starting Monday (April 6), there will be multiple closures on I-90 and SH-41.

These closures will allow crews to continue paving preparations on I-90, SH-41 and Mullan Avenue. Paving is an important next step in completing the I-90/SH-41 Interchange.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Monday, April 6:

  • I-90 westbound on-ramp closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. See the detour map.
  • Mullan Ave closed during the day for final paving east of the SH-41 and Mullan intersection. Business access will remain open from SH-41.

Tuesday, April 7:

  • I-90 westbound on-ramp closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • Westbound I-90 traffic will shift to the newly constructed lanes north of the temporary bridges.

Wednesday, April 8:

  • I-90 westbound on-ramp closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • I-90 westbound single lane closure during daytime the day.

Thursday, April 9

  • I-90 westbound on-ramp closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
  • SH-41 southbound alternating lane closures during the day.
  • 12th Avenue closed during the day west of the SH-41 and 12th Avenue intersection.

REMINDER:

The permanent concrete median barrier is currently being installed on SH-41.

Previous solid double yellow pavement markings prohibited left turns through the area. This new curbing will now physically prevent left turns into and out of businesses along the corridor between the I-90/SH-41 Interchange and 12th Avenue.

 All work is weather dependent.
