Fieldstone Executive Forums | | A Next-Level, Advanced Community of Practice | | |
|
The Executive Forum is an ongoing, facilitated cohort for experienced nonprofit executives and graduates of a Fieldstone Learning Group* that combines advanced peer dialogue with monthly one-on-one coaching.
Together, CEOs / EDs from non-competing nonprofit organizations in San Diego County engage in shared learning, wisdom exchange, and creative approaches to leadership and organizational challenges.
|
| |
Members in The Executive Forum can expect to make better, more informed decisions by engaging in a safe and confidential space to share ideas, challenges, and doubts, and have conversations that may not be possible with boards, staff, or donors. Through facilitated peer dialogue, group processes and monthly one-on-one coaching with the facilitator, CEOs / EDs create more impact, strengthen their organizations, continuously level up their skills, and future-proof their leadership.
Through The Executive Forum, members grow through accessing diverse perspectives from their trusted peers, exposure to novel solutions, diving into accelerated learning and driving transformational impact all while reinforcing both professional and personal accountability. The program also provides guidance and support for those interested in strengthening their partnership with the board and other external ecosystem players. Participants with ambitions to transform or grow their organizations can explore opportunities such as creating or expanding earned income, evolving impact strategies and programs, optimizing operations, or pursuing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, or geographic or other expansion. *If you have not participated in a Fieldstone Learning Group, but are interested in the program,
please contact Janine to discuss.
