Expand your self-healing journey through Didgeridoo Journey Meditation , an overview of sound therapy and the Didgeridoo!

Led by didgeridoo musician and sound therapist Joseph B. Carringer , this workshop is an introduction to therapeutic principles of the didgeridoo and a basic overview of journeying and meditation.

The didgeridoo keys selected for this meditation are played for longer durations and chosen for their ability to support journeying, meditation, visioning, and intention-manifestation.

Harmonic therapy has been used to aid in meditation and relaxation, acting as a tuning fork for your body's natural resonant vibration on a cellular level. Reported effects range from relief of muscle pain and stress to a greater the sense of clarity and heightened energy flow along reopened chakra points.

The exhibit includes work of different mediums, ranging from the abstract and surreal to the highest level of realism. Join us to take this opportunity to participate in and listen to spoken word, poetry and live music!

Jason, a faculty member of New Hampshire Institute of Art of Art, creates atmosphere featuring his work as well as local artists, up & coming NHIA seniors and recent grads. Music and spoken word performances by local poets & musicians makes this experience remarkable.
