Is Your UCNS Online Profile Information Current?

Review and Update Your Diplomate Profile Information

The information in your online physician profile is the source of information for your diplomate listing in the  online Diplomate Directory as well as the source of contact information that allows UCNS to ensure you are updated with important information and reminders regarding your certification. Keep your UCNS diplomate profile contact information updated at all times by signing into the UCNS website at www.ucns.org to review and update your profile as needed.

Diplomate Profile Update Tips

  • Name/Practice: Under the "About Me" section of your profile, please enter your birthdate, which is used as a unique identifying information for member verification and provides the UCNS with valuable demographic information on diplomates. If your name needs a correction or update, please email ucns@ucns.org with the correction request.
  • Company: The institution, company, or organization name entered in this area of your profile is listed in your online directory listing for certification verification and patient reference.
  • Addresses: Confirm that both your business and home addresses are reflected accurately in their respective profile areas. The address you indicate as "preferred" is reflected in your online diplomate directory listing (listing includes city/state only).
  • Email: The email indicated in your "preferred" address is the email address where you will receive UCNS emails and any requested password reset information. Providing both personal and business emails within your profile ensures we have a way to contact you about important information regarding your certification in the event we see emails bouncing back from your preferred email.

Be assured that UCNS does not provide diplomate contact information to outside entities. Additional instructions are available in "Website Help" where diplomates can also watch brief tutorials on each profile area.
