Hello Valley View Families,

We hope you are enjoying the weekend. We had an amazing week here at Valley View, even though we rarely could get outside with the cold weather. It sounds like it's not going to warm up much next week either, so students should continue to dress with all of their cold weather gear.

Our theme for the month of February will be hardworking. We will discuss throughout the month in morning announcements, classroom meetings, etc., the importance of hardworking, grit, and growth mindset. While talent might give us a head start, it is hard work that will actually get us across the finish line!

We are hosting a food drive this coming week, February 2-6, called the Souper Bowl, and will donate to our families in need. Please send in soup or any food item(s)- please no glass or expired food. Thank you for your donations!

It's going to be a great week! Go Valiant Knights!

Respectfully,

Jenni Tamblingson
