2025 RECAP &
OUTLOOK FOR 2026
| | |
As 2026 begins, 414 Capital would like to share a brief overview of its performance and key developments during 2025, along with its perspective for the year ahead.
| 2025 Performance Overview | |
2025 was a highly productive year for the Firm, marked by consistent execution, strong client engagement, and continued momentum across its core advisory and valuation platforms.
On the M&A front, 414 Capital closed 14 transactions across 10 industries, positioning the Firm as the #1 advisor in Mexico by number of closed deals (TTR Data ranking). This performance reflects 414 Capital's continued focus on high-quality execution, sector expertise, and long-term client relationships.
| | |
414 Capital's activity was supported by a diverse mix of mandates. In particular, 71.4% of the Firm's closed deals involved representing the seller, 21.4% involved representing the buyer, and 7.1% involved merger advisory. Additionally, cross-border transactions represented 57.1% of total closed deals. This balance underscores the Firm's ability to advise both Mexican and international clients as they navigate strategic decisions.
| | Continued Growth in the U.S. | | |
As part of the Firm's commitment to expanding its platform, 414 Capital accelerated its U.S. build-out by hiring two Valuation Directors and establishing an on-the-ground footprint across Dallas, Houston, and Miami. Its execution capabilities across jurisdictions, cultural fluency, and local presence are already translating into results: in 2025, 414 Capital closed two M&A transactions advising U.S. companies, reinforcing its ability to support clients pursuing acquisitions and growth initiatives.
| | Valuation, Consulting, and Debt Advisory | | |
Beyond M&A, 2025 reflected meaningful activity across its valuation and related advisory practices. During the year, 414 Capital completed mandates spanning portfolio valuation, event-driven valuations, fairness opinions, and strategic consulting work.
Key 2025 highlights include:
- +150 funds/trusts appraised
- 16 event-driven valuation and fairness opinion mandates
- +13 countries with executed valuation and consulting mandates
| | |
These engagements reinforce the Firm's ability to support institutional and corporate clients across both transactional and non-transactional situations, including contexts with heightened stakeholder scrutiny, governance requirements, or time sensitivity.
